Pork Chops with Onions and Apples

These were very good. A nice change from regular wings. Not too spicy, but can add more Franks if you like it hotter. I broiled them this time due to a monsoon outside but can't wait to try them next time on the grill. Thanks!

Grilled Buffalo Wings

Pretty good, although with all the simmering the texture became a little too fall off the bone. The flavor was really good though.

Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas

Really liked this. I only had one can each of chickpeas and black beans so I added in a can of kidney beans and it was still wonderful! Easy to make ahead too!
