Best Bread Machine Bread

Wow! for being so simple its delicious. i followed the recipe to the T except i did add the extra 1/2 tsp salt that was recommended. the only problem i had with the recipe is that i wasn't sure if it was a 1.5 lb loaf or 2 lb. i hit the 2 lb button and it came out great. everybody was fighting over the crust. the 4 of us ate almost the entire loaf with dinner (jambalaya), and i'm working on the second loaf for the day. great recipe, thanks!

Moroccan Chickpea Stew

Very tasty! I made a few changes. I had some left over eggplant/tomato/zucchini stuff left over so I chopped it up and threw it in also. It didn't get 5 stars in my book because the potatoes needed cooked more. Next time i would cut them a good bit smaller or plan to cook it longer. I thought the greens were really tough. Next time I'll either use canned or precook the greens. But my biggest problem with it was that the we had left overs, and the next day the raisins turned into mushy little balls. I think next time I'll just had a few to everybody's bowl and not to the main pot. I think it does need the raisins. They were tasty the first night.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

I was really disappointed. I followed the recipe to the "T" and after all that work was really surprised at how bland it was. There was a bunch left over because nobody was crazy about it. By the next day the rice had absorbed most of the liquid. I mixed in some chopped up some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and topped it with a little mexican cheese. It did wonders.
