Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2011
Awesome Cookies! Followed the advice of another review and doubled the vanilla and added 1 tsp salt. Also, I haved the recipe to begin with. Baked a dozen at 350 for 8 min and froze the rest as individual cookie balls. Ate half the frozen cookie dough, yummy. Thanks for the award winning recipe!!!

Awesome bread! Thanks for the great recipe. Turned out wonderful. Followed the advice from another post and added 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Came out perfect! One of my favorite bread recipes! Thanks again!

Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
This has become a favorite dish in our home. I make it weekly. It's delicious and super easy. I serve with a French Bread recipe from this site. I tweeked a little to suit our taste. I subbed 2 cans of diced tomatoes for the crushed tomatoes because I thought the original recipe was too tomatoey. I added two cloves of fresh garlic, minced. I use fresh potatoes instead of canned and I add 1 & 1/2 tsp of beef better than bouillan paste. I skip adding salt and sprinkle fresh ground pepper over top. Yum! Thanks for this recipe.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
Yummy, taste just like my friend's Chicken Adobo! I skipped the sesame oil & worcestershire sauce because I did not have any. I added about 2 tsp crushed bay leaves, tablespoon whole peppercorns, a green bell pepper & half yellow onion cut in chunks. The chicken fell off the bone! Served with Jasmine rice. Will be making again! Thanks for a great recipe!

Golden Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
Delicious! My husband is a health nut & hardly eats any white bread, period. However, when i made these rolls he gobbled up 3-4 at the dinner table & stated this will be his cheat day!! I halved the recipe and placed rounded dough about the size of golf balls touching one another in a pie plate. Baked for about 16 min on bottom rack with pizza stone. They didn't get too brown & the center rolls were a little under done (gooey) but we like em like that. I also added an extra 1/4 tsp salt, used real butter, used all milk, and 2 eggs instead of 1 1/2 like the "halved" recipe called for. I'll be making these again!

French Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
Great Recipe! I halved it, added an extra 1/2 tsp salt, added 2 tsp honey, used bread flour, and added 2 tblespoons of butter after the flour mix & water were incorporated. Also placed a pan of water under the bottom rack where my pizza stone was situated. Loaf was crusty on outside with chewy center. Next time I may try subing milk for water for more rich flavor. Yum! Thanks for great recipe!
