I made this for a party, and people liked it, but didnt' rave over it. It was VERY sweet with the Ginger Ale. I think I would have liked it a lot better without the Ginger Ale. But, I think this is a good drink for people that like super sweet fruity drinks.

We LOVED this recipe. I would give it TEN stars if I could. I think we'll make it again for a barbecue this weekend. We made naan on the grill and ate it with the chicken with some chutney and some raita - SO GOOD! The recipe for the naan is on this site too. We loved the marinade so much we used a little of it for dip!

Easiest Eggplant

This is great and super easy. Eggplant, mayo, SEASONED breadcrumbs. If you're looking for something "special" you should probably look for something without "easy" in the title. If you are looking for a quick, easy and yummy way to cook eggplant, this is it. You can change in a myriad of ways by adding to the breadcrumbs or the mayo.

Lemon Ice-Box Cake II

This is now the favorite cake in my family. I have made it several times now. The difference in mine is that I add a WHOLE lot more juice to make both the filling and the icing more tart - more like key lime tartness. Since I add so much more juice, I end up having to add whipped topping to the filling so it's not too runny. I always have more than enough filling and icing left. I think I will try some of the other ideas in reviews to make the cake better.
