Spectacular Marsala Glazed Carrots with Hazelnuts

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
My wife and I loved this recipe. Certainly a change from the typical butter and brown sugar routine. The Marsala Wine is what makes this recipe what it is. Do not skip it as the description states. It is delicious!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
You will not find a better recipe for fudge. PERIOD! I am a fanatic when it comes to fudge. You will not see me pass a fudge shop with out at least trying a sample of their recipe. This particular recipe is better than any plain chocolate fudge that I have ever had. GREAT Submission!

Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
This dip is delicious! I served it at a football game and for those that are not Sauerkraut haters, loved it. The only thing I will say is that this is probably best served in a crock pot on a warm setting. When this dip cools off, it is a pain to try to eat. The layer of cheese gets to be difficult when eating with chips. Other then that, excellent recipe!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2012
Couples night; Dining in. The husbands cooked for the wives on this occasion. The girls loved them and so did we. It is a quick, simple and extremely tasteful recipe not just in flavor but presentation too! Will defiantly make this again.

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2012
This recipe is okay. The flavor of the sauce is certainly what makes this recipe stand out. However, I found that for such a time consuming recipe; the payoff wasn't nearly worth the taste.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2011
The title sells itself. This is by far the best lemonade that I have ever had. Try this recipe and you will have a hard time even looking at the frozen juice concentrate in the grocery store!! WOW!!

Garlic Green Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2011
I hope you LOVE garlic. This is just far too strong of a garlic taste for me. Just cooking it made me sick. I put in half the amount of garlic and double the cheese and it is much more suitable for me. I should clarify that I do like garlic very much.

Minnesota Style Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
This has to be some of the best pulled pork I have ever had!! The rub recipe is unique and adds lots of flavor. I made this recipe in a roaster on my gas grill. I used a smoker box with hickory chips inside as well. I cooked a 9.1 lbs shoulder roast @ 375 degrees and I hit my desired internal temp at 168 f. It only took me 4.5 Hours to cook. The only thing that I changed in this recipe was the sauce at the end. I used only half the vinegar which was still plenty, doubled the brown sugar and put in about a 1/4 cup of honey as well. LOVED IT!!!!! Great recipe
