Authentic Hungarian Goulash

This recipe was good, nothing spectacular though. I prepared it almost exactly as the recipe called for except I added allspice corns and a little extra paprika and marjoram. I also served it with a dollop of sour cream (it's just not authentic without!). If I had more time I also would have prepared some Hungarian potato pancakes for a truly authentic dish. If you can bear, let it stand a day in the fridge, as with all stews, it is much much tastier.

It seemed a bit bland and watered down. Needs some cream, or more milk, and less chicken broth. I'd make it again, but gotta work on it a bit.

Pork Chops to Live For

This is my families favorite meal. It is a bit bland, but i added salt and pepper to taste, and 3/4 cup of white wine in the beginning, and 3/4 cup white wine in the last 10 minutes. Great if served over rice with the gravy.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I thought this was excellent. I don't care much for munster cheese so i used cheddar, monterey jack, mozzerella, and provolone, and topped it with some parmesean. I also added very coarsley chopped garlic and some garlic powder. It was one on the best quiches I've ever had!

Wen I preprared this dish, I added slightly more brown sugar, and used a roast with minimal fat. It turned out DELICIOUS!
