Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
My extremely picky kids and hubs who does not care for chicken ALL raved for this. He said to cook it any time and maybe we should have people over when we have it next time. My family gives it two huge thumbs up!

Japanese Beef Stir-Fry
I had some bok choy that I got in my Bountiful Basket and me nor my family had ever eaten it. I found this recipe and decided to try it and we loved it so much that we made it again and again and again. We now bok choy regularly. It's really delicious. It's a little time consuming chopping all those veggies (I chop by hand. My Grandma taught me food only taste better if you put your blood, sweat, and tears in it.) but well worth it.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
I made it as written. I used heavy cream..wasn't sure what "cream" meant. Anyways, it had a bit of a sweet flavor. I went easy on the cayenne cuz I have small children. I don't know if doing that plus the red bell pepper made it sweet or what. I did like it though and would try it again...with some tweaking.
