All Day Apple Butter

Wonderful! I make this as a gift at Christmas time and everyone always compliments me on it... they all agree it is the perfect combination of sweet and cinnamon... make it all the time!

Pan-fried Steak with Marsala Sauce

Usually I'm pretty good at following recipes, perhaps it was the chuck steak but this just did not come out as well as I would have liked. It was nice, but the sause didn't seem to get into the meat, just sat on top and wasn't as flavorful as I would have thought.

Cheese Fondue

I love Fondue and so does my husband, sometimes dinner is just cheese and bread and apples. This was a great recipe, nice flavor and quick and easy to make!

Loved it... I listened to what other commenters said, added marinated artichoke hearts, I put extra cheese in because we're big cheese fans. Definitley a winner!

Chicken Cigar Wraps with Paprika Sauce

I liked this idea and I may make it again... I agree that there was too much cumin and probably too much red pepper. I added more filo dough to make it flakier and I liked that, I couldn't imagine it with less... And I agree... i didn't like the sause very much, not sure what I'll do differently next time. My husband liked it but didn't love it, didn't dive for the leftovers... I couldn't finish, way too much cumin so next time I'll do changes but I do think I'd try it again.
