Strawberry Syrup

This syrup served on the "fluffy pancakes" recipe is pure Heaven. Added sliced strawberries on top. My family said these were the best pancakes ever. I agree!

Grilled Garlic Artichokes

I don't see the fascination with artichokes, but if I ever make it again, I will use this recipe. My husband loved it. He really loved the dipping sauce recommended by reviewer on May 10, 2011.

Baby Back Ribs

Took advice from other reviewers. Only had around 3-4 hrs to marinate. Covered them with Emeril Lagasse "rib rub" plus Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and marinated them for about 3 hrs. Turned out fantastic!

Butter Mochi

This was a very good recipe....but to make it into the mochi I remebered as a child in a Hawaii, I had to tweak it just a tiny bit. Instead of using milk, I had to substitute it with evaporated milk and I also omitted the coconut extract...WARNING! Baking it for 1 hour is too long and turns into a cake consistency, 50 minutes is perfect.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I was looking forward to eating this ALL day long... at 4pm I pulled up the recipe and realized I had forgotten it was a crock pot recipe. DARN!! I was craving it so much, I just decided to cook this on the stove top. I first sauteed mushrooms with olive oil and butter. Removed it from skillet then I cooked the chicken strips in olive oil, once cooked I added back the mushrooms and all of the other ingredients. I let it simmer for about 45 minutes on low.... boiled some pasta and added it to the chicken...WA-LA!!! it was delicious!!!
