Cheesy Kale Chips
Very yummy. The whole family loves these! I put it all in a gallon ziplock bag, it was much easier to make sure the seasons distributed evenly that way, and your hands don't get dirty; plus then the kids could help. :)

Grandma's Chopped Liver
It doesn't say to drain the water (chicken broth) but I assumed that's what I was supposed to do... I used CALF Liver instead of the chicken and I cooked it with the whole eggs (to hard boil them) and one (opened) egg in with it. Made this for my husband, he really liked it, and is NOT a "Liver Lover."

Smothered Beef Liver
We had it over spaghetti. Husband liked it and 9 year old ate it without a problem (though I still personally can't stand liver, though this was better than other times I've tried it)
