Baked Salmon II

My husband called it amazing! I had no dried basil so I used dill. I did have some Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Sprinkle, I used a dash of that with a bit of salt and pepper. I used minced garlic generously and I used one heavy pour tablespoon of xtra virgin olive oil. All that for a HUGE 2+ pound salmon from Costco. You do not need a lot of oil for this recipe. I followed the baking instructions and hands down, best salmon I've ever had!

Haroset for Passover

PECANS!!!! I make this recipe every year and my family LOVES it but I use pecans. It just gives it that little something that makes it stand out. Those who don't like pecans, well, what can I say, you can't please everyone. I use Blackberry Wine.
