Chef John's Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Wonderful! Yes, lots of steps, but easy, simple steps to follow while you're preparing the main dish. I used pearl onions, which are already perfectly bite-sized. I personally was never a fan of this veggie, and have only recently tried them "steamed in a bag", but buying them fresh (which I usually do with all my vegetables) and trying this recipe was totally worth it!

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

SO, so good. Used very thinly-sliced prosciutto, and blanched the asparagus first. Cooked for 10 minutes, probably would do 12 minutes next time for crisper prosciutto.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Very, very, VERY good! I used just one pound of shrimp (jumbo size) but kept the measurements the same for the marinade, it was the perfect amount. So I would suggest making more marinade for two pounds. I love cooking with shrimp, Tomato Shrimp Scampi usually being my favorite, but this recipe is number one on my list now. The flavor is exquisately yummy!!!
