Cucidati II

Reviewed: May 31, 2013
i disagree that there's is too much filling. My mother's cuci's had double the amount of filling in the picture with this recipe. It's supposed to have lots of filling! That's the best part! :) Just opinion. :)

Sauce Rosee

Reviewed: May 14, 2013
I had a pound of cheese tortillini so I doubled the sauce as well. Ended up having a lot of sauce - enough for an additional pound of gnocchi, as well. I did not add the sugar nor wine. It was on the thin side, so I thickened it with corn starch/water. Topped with grated cheese. We loved it! I'll make it again. Thanks for the recipe!

Green Bean Artichoke Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
My mother makes a version of this - she uses frozen artichokes and frozen green beans. If you use canned, rinse them before baking to get that tin taste out. Start with 1 cup bread crumbs and mix the olive oil along first before adding to veggies. It's addictive! :) Thank you for sharing!

Hamburger Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
This was really yummy! I didn't have beef consumme so I used a can of low sodium chicken broth and a can of cream of mushroom soup (as another reviewer posted). Sauted onion and garlic in oil/butter then added fresh mushrooms, removed from pan and added ground meat, and added a 2 tsp of paprika. Once cooked thru I added the mushrooms, soup, broth and heated thru. Added a nice size dollop of sour cream. YUMMY! Thanks for posting.

Chicken Wing Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
Very good! After discussing with friends who've made it, this is how we did it: mixed 2 blocks cream cheese, 2/3 cup blue cheese dressing & spread in 15x10 pan, top with more blue cheese; mix 1 cup red hot with 1/2 stick melted butter, mix with shredded rotissiery chicken (all but one breast), spread on top evenly. No extra shredded cheese. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!
