Layered Shrimp

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
I have made this same recipe for several years. If you use canned tiny shrimp you can get more flavor and sooooo easy. Do not put the crackers into the cream cheese. Just have them separate then they will not get soggy.

The Ultimate Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2005
Excellent but it makes a really large batch even though I only used 1/2 of the broccoli and cauliflower and about 2/3 of the 8 oz. of pepperoni. I used the turkey pepperoni. I ran out of red wine vinegar(used 1/3 c.) so the next day I added zesty Italian and it was still wonderful. Even my 2 young grandsons liked it.

Salmon Tango

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2006
This was awesome on my salmon. I then tried it on some Mackeral we got in Mexico that I had in the freezer. It was really good. My DH loved it too. On April 29 I tried this with Pork chops and put them on the grill. It was great

Red Wine Flavored Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
I have made this using 1/2 can of regular coke and 1/2 cup of wine(sometimes more). then just sprinkle with about 1/3 of the pkg. of onion soup mix. It is wonderful. Then I will sometimes will thicken the sauce to go over potatoes or noodles. I have also just used a can of coke and no wine and it is very tender.

Remarkable Rib-Eyes

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2013
I put a few tablespoons lite soy sauce over my ribe yes for about 30 min. before grilling. That was plenty and it was good. I did not have garlic so sprinkled a little garlic powder over them. It was good.
