Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken
VERY easy... and wound up pleasing everyone in the house from my 4-year-old to my critical husband. Followed exactly, except with maybe a little more garlic. I took the chicken out after about 5 hours to cut into pieces and had to shred because it just fell apart! Put it back in the cheese sauce and mixed, then poured over rice. Pretty bland at first, so I added a handful of shredded cheddar and I have to say that was a MUST! It was just what it needed. Definitely going to make again, maybe with some variations others suggested like adding cream of chicken or cream of mushroom. Thanks for the easy delicious recipe!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Well I'm another skeptic-turned-believer. I never would have made this but the reviews were so great I had to try it. Sensational!!! It's already been demanded of me for Christmas. It was the only dish that had no leftovers. And it was really pretty easy. I followed the recipe to a T except for a few things. I used fresh sage and I think that it wouldn't have been nearly as good if I hadn't. I almost doubled it at others suggestions, 4 tsp. I got fresh turkey stock/broth from the local deli the night before I made it and I think that made it better also. I used 1.5 cups of it since others said to use more if you don't cook it in the turkey. Used the Jimmy Dean Sage sausage as suggested also. Baked at 350 covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered about another 20. Delish!!
