Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2012
OMGOODNESS! Freaking AMAZING! Screw the grill lol. I can't wait to make them again. I'm actually going to make it with a whole chicken next time. This is going to be my go to bbq recipe. I didn't have any chili sauce so I took others advice and used 1 1/2 c of ketchup (instead of 2) and 1 c of sweet baby rays bbq sauce. EXCELLENT! Fell off the bones when I put my fork into it, literally. The flavor was amazing. Anyways, I could go on and on. My husband loved it just as much :)

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
EXCELLENT! I couldn't find my normal recipe so tried this. My 2 yr old, 7 yr and husband loved it! I didn't have spinach so I used 1/2 a can of diced tomatoes (I will repeat that) and no mushrooms so I took some ham and diced it up. I didn't have 8 oz of cheddar cheese so I used Romano and Parmesan and an Italian cheese mix that were left over from dinner the night before. This was so good! It will be my go to quiche from now on.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Very good! I made it with less pasta because we like extra sauce and I also added more Ramano and Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Excellent!

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
VERY good! I made the mistake of putting medium salsa into it and it added some fire to it. Not great for the kiddos but daddy and I love it! This is hands down, the best recipe for our "beans and cornbread" dinners.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
I didn't have any wings so I used chicken legs and doubled up the sauce. Holy moly! Yummy!!!!!! And if you think it's too much sauce, it's not.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
Holy Moly! These ROCK! One of the easiest recipes ever as well. You don't have to add a little flour or add a little this or that to get the dough just right. They were gone in 2 days. So, we made more but since we were out of M&M's we used chocolate chips. Just as good. This is my go to now!
