Too Much Chocolate Cake
WOW. My husband took a piece about 1/5 of the entire cake. He quickly realized that this was too darn rich to eat that much! Anyway, the batter is more like a dough, so I didn't have a problem with my chocolate chips all sinking to the bottom. I will make this for the next potluck or family gathering that I have. It's delicious if you're craving something super chocolate-y!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I halved the recipe because it was just for my husband and I. MISTAKE. I think the person who selected the "Serving Size" was a supermodel. I halved it and ended up having to make the other half of the recipe for me because my husband ate the whole 1/2 batch. The 2nd half was too much for me, but I ate about 3/4 of them. So if you're cooking for 8, this won't be enough unless there are small children involved. It's hard for me to judge the flavor, because the measurements are ridiculous when you halve a recipe and harder to make precise. Next time, when I make the WHOLE thing, I'll be able to better say how good the flavor is.

Cream Corn Like No Other
I will never buy canned cream corn again! This was amazing. This will be my new corn recipe for the holidays. Very simple!!! Such a rich, creamy flavor. Kroger only had 12 oz frozen corn, and I'm actually glad because otherwise the liquid to corn ratio would have been a bit off.
