No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
If you like peanut butter, this pie is for you. IT IS REALLY RICH so have a glass of milk ready. I did as others suggested and only used 1 cup powdered sugar, One 8oz container of cool whip and 1 cup of milk. I made one for my son's pre school's teacher meeting and the director's comments were, "OH MY! That pie was DANGEROUS! It was really good!" I made one for dinner at my brother in law's and they said it was good. Make sure you freeze it over night if you want it more like peanut butter ice cream, like an ice cream cake with the crushed oreo cookie crust. I used an entire bag of oreos and 5 tbs of melted butter, and cooked the crust for 15 minutes. DO NOT smash the cookies down into the pie pan too hard or the crust will be like a rock. Good and easy but VERY PEANUT BUTTERY! It gets soft REALLY EASILY so don't let it sit out for too long or you have crust and soupy peanut butter mush all over.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This pie was VERY easy and tasted pretty good, but not THE BEST pumpkin pie I have ever had. I only made this one pie, and there were a few pieces left at our family Thanksgiving gathering. Not a good sign since there were 9 huge, food loving adults there along with 5 children.

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire
This is a yummy holiday recipe. It makes your house smell so good! My brother in law requests it every year now, so it's fast becoming a holiday tradition to have this cranberry sauce on top of a block of cream cheese with various crackers all around for appetizers before the big meal. We love it!
