I have never eaten/made a key lime pie before using this recipe, and to be completely honest, I don't think I will ever use/eat another recipe, apart from this one, for as long as I live. THIS WAS DELICIOUS!!!
Yes, it is incredibly tedious to squeeze all those little limes, but oh-so worth it! Thanks to a fellow reviewer, I used a garlic press to help with the juicing process (ALL HAIL THIS REVIEWER!!!), and it probably saved me an hour in itself!
I don't know if it the limes were simply out of season, but I called every single grocery/health food store in town, in search of key limes, and Schnucks was the only store that carried them!
Regardless, this recipe in to die for, and I will absolutely make it again!!!
Also, I used the "Graham Cracker Crust I" recipe on here in lieu of a store bought crust - the two went together perfectly!!!
