Apple Pie Filling

I used Splenda instead of sugar for my grandpa who is diabetic and it worked out great! the flavor was perfect the only thing is it came out a little runny (two much water) which I noticed other reviewers experienced so I don't think it was because of the Splenda so Ill use less water next time. This was surprisingly easy to make-the apple prep took the longest (which you have to do anyway) but the rest of the recipe was a breeze just a lot of stirring when you put the sugar corn starch cin, salt and nut meg together to boil. (if you don't mix consistently it clumps up so don't skip on mixing. I will make again thanks!

Chicken In Sour Cream

Very easy to make but needed a little tweaking due to the thickens. I added 1/2 cup of milk to gravy since it was too thick. Lemon and thyme make this recipe so be sure to use it! I didn't use salt as the onion soup mix gave the recipe just enough. I used chicken breasts instead since thats what I had in the fridge, so I baked at 425 for 30 min instead of 350 for an hr (we were hungry and didn't want to wait) good flavor will make more gravy next time since we like it over rice. Thanks for sharing!

Honey-Dijon Ham

My Husband loved this!!!!! I dont eat ham so I was worried it wouldnt be good but my hubby said It was super flavorful, and the glaze and the dijon is a good change from a regular honey baked ham. Ham was perfectly warmed throuh and I ended up pouring thre remaining of the glaze over the top of the ham which warmed up nicely(recipe made perfect amount of glaze) Plus it was super easy for me to make! I will definetly be making this again!!!

Easy Creamy Peppercorn Chicken

This recipe worked (chickn was tender) but lacked a lot of flavor. I listened to other reviewers and add chicken seasoning and a lots of pepper along with sautéing the onion and adding mushrooms too with white wine which definitely helped!! Still I dont think Ill make it again (it wasnt a wow dish) But very easy so thanks for sharing!

Fluffy French Toast

Yummy this is an easy french toast recipe with great flavor due to the vanilla and cinnamon. Make sure before you saturate each bread slice you mix the batter so the cinnamon and flour don't separate and your toast is even. Love how the this recipe DOSENT come out soggy! Great Basic French Toast!!

Amazing Chicken

Great fast and easy recipe. The chicken came out very moist and tender (I did listen to other reviewers and added paprika and garlic powder to the chicken prior to adding the bread crumbs for more flavor and it worked out great!) You dont even taste the mayo. Bread crumbs are delicious just be sure to crumble them evenly and fine to avoid burnt pieces ! I also added parm cheese to the top which added more crunch and sprayed with pam. Will make again!

Creamy Swiss Chicken

This should realy be called creamy swiss WINE chicken. This is a great easy recipe but definetly has a strong wine taste so if you love wine you will love this recipe (I dont like wine so next time ill use 1/3 cup instead) chicken came out super tender though (that was my favorit part.) this recipe is great over rice too! Will make again with less wine. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Wowzers!! What a great recipe this is! Im a nightmare in the kitchen so mu husband was shocked when he tasted theese muffins! I only kept them in for 18 min which kept them very very moist (thats how I like my baked goods-SUPER GOOEY) but most people like them totaly cooked so leave them in for the 20 mins if you like them more bread like. The topping definetly makes theese muffins special so ill double the topping next time but what a great easy way to make muffins. I will be making theese again!! Thank you soo much for sharing this recipe!!!!

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

super flavorful and easy but i took advice from other reviewers and made some changes (added onion soup mix instead of onion, made the rice insted of using instant and used 2 1/2 cups of graded cheese instead of the processed stuff) it did come out a little too soup like so i added 2 additonal cups of rice which helped (total of 4 cups of rice).
