It’s a KEEPER!! Not just an occasional dinner it will go on the rotation. I too made some adjustments. I didn’t have cayenne pepper so I used red pepper and added a little extra. I also added a little extra of smoked paprika. I used 1 small clove of fresh garlic and a sprinkle of garlic powder in the rub instead of just powder. I had plenty of time so I marinated the chicken with the rub for about 4-5 hours. After cooking the chicken, I combined the lime juice, garlic powder and ½ cup of chicken broth and cooked for 5 minutes, removed the chicken and added some flour to thicken the sauce, replaced chicken for a few minutes and served it with white rice and green beans and Italian bread.
