Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
Excellent soup!! Only change I made was the cheese. I use 1 pound of Velveeta and 1/2 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, instead of all Velveeta.

Almond Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
Excellent stir fry sauce. I doubled the sauce for the dish. I only had regular soy sauce, you definitely want to use reduced sodium. Mine was pretty salty. I think this would also make a good sauce for beef and broccoli.

Oven Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
Great recipe. I followed recipe for the chicken fingers exactly. I did not try the sauces, we just used barbecue sauce. Thanks for a quick, easy way to cook chicken.

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
Very good soup. It was a little on the thick side. Next time I will not use as much masa harina or add extra chicken broth. I added some chopped jalapenos for some extra spice and a seeded, diced roma tomato. Definitely will make again. Thanks for the recipe.

BLT Dip

Very yummy dip. I use a 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes, instead of fresh. It is always a hit at potlucks!!!

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2007
My family loved this soup. I omitted the basil and the hot pepper sauce and did not miss it at all. I did add about 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese directly to the pot of soup before serving to make it cheesier. Definitely will make again.

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
Great sloppy joes!!!!! I use a 8 oz can of tomato sauce instead of the soup. I also leave out the celery and onions and add some onion powder for flavor. (we are pretty picky eaters at out house) Thanks for the great recipe! I will never buy canned sloppy joe mix again.

This recipe was delicious. I did not have any cashews on hand, so used chopped pecans. It turned out great. Will definitely make again!!
