Easy Meatloaf
Love the meatloaf, but the glaze had a bit too much mustard taste so I prefer without. I cooked the onions in a bit of olive oil beforehand. Also put it into the crockpot for 8 hours. Delicious and moist!

Make-Ahead Coleslaw
I had never made coleslaw before this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and it was a huge hit at our family potluck Christmas party.
