Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
I've made this a few times and honestly, this is amazing! You may want to double up on the spices, really good but not enough. It's great as is but I prefer baking it at 375 for about 40-45 mins, less messy. I also prefer boneless thighs over breasts because they're juicier. Since I bake them, I put tiny dots of butter under each thigh along with the evoo, added fresh diced garlic on top and some red pepper flakes. Forgot the lime juice last time but it was still delicious.
