Gaye's Microwave Fudge
So easy, quick and good it's ridiculous. I used the reviewer's suggestion of warming the butter and milk together in the microwave and then adding it to the dry ingredients. Just make sure you use a bowl big enough that the milk doesn't boil over! I used peppermint extract instead of vanilla. Yum.

Finnish Kropser (Baked Pancakes)
temperature may be a bit high, ours puffed quite a lot and then burnt around the edges, but it was still completely edible and extremely yummy. I don't want to think about the calories consumed but one recipe fed my five kids and myself with no leftovers, and we had vanilla yogurt and cantelope with it. So keep that in mind if you are planning on feeding an actual 24 people.

Broccoli Crawfish Cheese Soup
I added rice to make it more filling, and I used one pound crawfish and one pound shrimp. It was WONDERFUL.
