Salsa Chicken
This was a fast and very easy recipe! My husband and I really liked it! I used more taco seasoning (just sprinkled it on there until it covered the majority of the chicken on both sides and I used mozzarella cheese instead of Cheddar since that was all I had on hand. Served it up with sour cream and some tortilla strips sprinkled over it and it was a great meal! VERY fast and easy! Perfect for a quick dinner! Thanks for the great recipe!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
This was a good recipe, I just couldn't give it 5 stars as it did not wow me. My husband liked it and I enjoyed it also. Next time I will try to increase the spices and also not let the meat cook so long. I let it sit in there too long and the meat became too tender for my tastes. I did add red potatoes to the bottom and they turned out great!! Next time will try with carrots!

Chicken Breasts Pierre
My husband and I loved this! Instead of using bread to sop up the juices I made some couscous and it was fantastic!! I also added a little bit more hot sauce for my husband's taste and it was still really good! (And I don't like hot food!) Will definitely be making this one again! It reminds me of the food I had in France with my host family when I studied abroad, especially with the couscous!!! Thanks for a great recipe!
