Lemon Raspberry Cake

I made this for my Grandmother's Birthday. I did add a little extra lemon juice to the frosting...we like the extra kick! It was very good, my only complaint is the cake itself was a little dry. I will make this again!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

I made this a while ago and just came across it while browsing my recipe box. This was good and not too difficult to make. My family enjoyed it. I am a big fan of pulled pork! Try it with cole slaw on it! Yum!

Brown Sugar Candy

Exactly what I was looking for! My grandmom use to make this all the time when I was growing up. She couldn't remember how to make it and I found this! My family loved it, it was like a walk down memory lane! Thanks for this recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was good. I'd do a few things different than how I made it. I'd shred the chicken like others suggested and I'd mix the dumplings in more. I did flatten the dough out a bit as one person suggested and they cooked in about 40 minutes. It was tasty! I will try again, hopefully with better results.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

This was really good. My only complaint is that it is a little greasy. I drained the sausage and the bacon, but still had grease. It was still very good. It makes quite a bit also, we gave some way to in-laws. My husband enjoyed it and this is favorite soup when we go out to eat.

Chicken Wing Dip

Excellent! Made this for a New Year's party and everyone loved it. It was a last minute decision to make it, but it's quick and easy. I used bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch, it was awesome! If you like chicken wings, but don't like the mess...this is for you! Also, sprinkle cheese on top, it makes it more attractive!

Brownie Biscotti

Very yummy! I made these today as Christmas gifts for the neighbors. I dipped one end in melted chocolate and added as few snowflake sprinkles to add a festive touch! My husband really likes these.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

This is wonderful! My Aunt is a big fan of cream cheese frosting and she grabbed the bowl of leftover frosting and claimed it as her own! Thanks for a great recipe.

Six Egg Pound Cake

Very good pound cake. I made it in two loaf pans, it rose quite a bit, but didn't overflow. I also made whipped cream to go with it...very good!

Coconut Pound Cake

Excellent! I made this yesterday in loaf pans. I made four loafs and they are gone! I gave them away to family for the holiday and everyone loves it! I didn't have coconut extract so I used vanilla instead and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Excellent!!! This is a fantastic cake recipe! I will be making this again and again! Made it for my Grandfather's birthday, made buttercream frosting for the center and frosted the rest with the Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting recipe on this site (also excellent!)

Pumpkin Pancakes

Death by Chocolate

Excellent! Made this for a bridal shower and everyone raved over it. I did what a few others did and replaced the toffee with crushed up Oreo cookies. The bride loved it so much she requested it for a birthday party she was having later that same week! Also made it in a 13 X 9 cake pan and it turns out great!

Chocolate Chip Trifle

I've made this for two diffrent parties over the holidays and everyone raves about it. It is gone very quickly also! It is very easy to make, I have made it with bakery cookies and the break and bake kind and both are good. The bake and break are a bit better. It is so good!

Lazy Lasagna II

My mother made this recipe for my family after I had surgery. It was good, but I think it needed a little more sauce. Otherwise it was very good and I will make it myself sometime.
