Ham and Creamy Potato Scallops

This was very good, I followed other users and didn't precook the potatoes. Mine were crunchy, even after an additional 30min and then microwaved the next day for lunch. Will def precook next time! However, the flavors were wonderful, added just a bit of salt and it was spectacular. I'll be honest though, I did double the cheese, well, because everything could use more cheese!

Zucchini Bread with Cinnamon Sugar Topping

This was very easy to do. I added a lot more zucchini for personal preference. My first real bread baking experience, was a huge hit at work. Will make again.

Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

This was pretty good. I've made it twice and still run into the same problem. I used the measurements and review suggestions but each time, while the chicken is super tender, juicy and flavorful I feel it's too salty and is missing a sweeter element perhaps. I also found that running your pecans through a coffee grinder (what I had on hand) gives a better consistency and a better coating. Will use again, my boyfriend loves it, I'm not as sold though

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

These were awesome. I halved the batch and still had 3 sandwich baggies of leftovers, but man were the leftovers wonderful! I agree with earlier reviewers and added half of the spices to the dough. In the future I think I will add all the seasoning to the dough and just brush with butter when they come out. Also, I used McCormick cajun seasoning instead of Old Bay, seemed to give it a bit more flavor. Overall, wonderful!

Grilled Salmon I

When I originally made this dish I was a little short on soy sauce but I think the brown sugar really appreciated it. This dish was phenomenal and I don't even care for salmon that much. As my first experience cooking salmon myself, this is definitely a keeper!

Sun-Dried Tomato and Blue Cheese Burgers

Awesome burgers. Some mentioned the sun-dried tomatoes were too strong so I cut them very fine and had no problem. Used a little more blue cheese than called for, but that's for personal taste. These burgers don't need anything with them, served with some baked sweet potato fries, a real hit!
