Unbelievable Chicken
I really liked this chicken. I cut down on the amount of brown sugar I put in it leaving it at 1 Tbsp, and added more lemon and lime than called for. I also cut up a shallot and put it in there. I marinated 4 pieces overnight and took 1 piece to work and popped it in the microwave (yes I said the microwave) It turned out juicy and tender. I intend on grilling the other 3 pieces tonight for dinner, but if the microwave version is any indication I think this will be even more fabulous.

Hungarian Pork Chops
I do something very similar to this but I do water, ketchup, brown sugar, worcesteshire sauce and beef boullion. Then I add the sour cream and a ton of minced onion. It is so good!

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Honey
This was good, but very rich. A little goes a long way
