Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
Even faster next time! Using this recipe, prepare ahead a double or quadruple recipe:
1. Mix the flour and olive oil until it is crumbly with no damp spots.
2. Stir in the yeast, sugar, and salt.
Store refrigerated. Use 2.75 cups of the mix with 1 cup of 'quite hot' tap water, and stir/knead it into dough. It's that easy.
Perfect for kids who want to cook independently. I also use it for easy rolls, deserts, dumplings, and anything else that I just want a basic, quick, yeast dough to get me started on.
