Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

I made this tonight and it was delicious. I added fresh spinach to broth mixture. I had seen it done that way in a restaurant.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

The taste of this beef was very good. However, my rump roast did not shred apart. I had to slice it thin. Maybe I did not cook it long enough.

Kerri's Holiday Punch

I made this punch for a neighborhood Christmas party. I also had a varied selection of many other drinks. Everyone just drink the punch. It was very good. You do not even taste the Southern Comfort.

Bat Cupcakes

THESE CUPCAKES WERE A BIG HIT AT MY SON'S KINDERGARTEN HALLOWEEN PARTY. I WILL USE A YELLOW CAKE BATTER NEXT TIME AS MY WHOLE CUPCAKE WAS CHOCOLATE. THIS RECIPE WAS VERY EASY AND NOT VERY TIME CONSUMING.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

I JUST MADE THIS LAST NIGHT FOR A PARTY OF ABOUT 30 PEOPLE. IT WAS A BIG HIT. SEVERAL PEOPLE ASKED ME FOR THE RECIPE. I USED OLDANI GENOA SALAMI WHICH IS THE UPPER END PRICE WISE BUT TASTE THE BEST BY FAR. I HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE GETTING THE DOUGH TO STAY IN THE SHAPE I WAS ROLLING IT IN. IT KEPT SHRINKING BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL SIZE. MAY HAVE BEEN A BAD BATCH OF DOUGH. I AM NOT QUITE SURE. I WOULD MAKE THIS AGAIN.

THIS WAS REALLY GOOD AND EASY. I ONLY HAD A 10 OZ CAN OF TOMATOES W/GREEN CHILES SO I ADDED 4 OZS OF CHICKEN BROTH. IT WAS STILL DELICIOUS!
