We absolutely loved this recipe. It is the first time I have made Pasta e Olio, but we will be having it again and again in our house. Thanks for sharing!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2013
This was a fabulous chicken that everyone loved. I did double the seasoning (because we really like robust flavor), but I am sure it is 5 stars with the lesser seasoning as well. Will make many times over and have emailed the recipe to my sister.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
Just tried this and we loved it. I did double the butter based on need because I had close to 2 pounds of pork. I should have made more sauce to compensate for the additional meat. That said, the recipe is very simple and equally delicious. I will be making this again.

Easy Apple Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
I almost always stick to the exact recipe the first time I try it. The only time I do not is if there is an ingredient I do not care for. When I decided to make this, I did not realize I was out of some key ingredients. I made it anyway making adjustments. I used a coleslaw mix and omitted the carrot. I did not have any bell peppers, green onions, granny smith apples, or mayo. So...I chopped two tablespoons of yellow onion, used a stalk of celery, and two Braeburn apples. Instead of mayo, I used Miracle Whip Light. The results were pretty good. I believe when I make this again following the actual recipe, I will be in love with it.

Ham and Beans

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
We have been eating ham and beans since I was a kid but never made it like this. I love this recipe because it is simple. My husband likes it better than any other ham and beans he has tried. Something has to be pretty awesome to replace a family recipe and this one certainly did! The only change I made was reducing the amount of brown sugar used as stated in previous reviews.

Mexican-Style Goulash

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
A wonderful switch from classic goulash...my whole family loved it. I used regular cheddar instead of reduced fat but otherwise left the recipe unchanged. I worried the amount of oregano was going to be overpowering but it was actually perfectly balanced with the other ingredients. I have shared the recipe with both my sister and my friend.

Cowboy Mexican Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
I have never come across a recipe for dip that is even remotely similar to this one. It was such a huge hit in our house that I let my sister try it when she came to visit yesterday and she went home with the recipe. This has just become my go to dip knocking rotel dip off its pedestal. Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
I made this for the first time last night. We loved it and that includes my 2 year old twin boys. There was only half a spoonful left. I did make one tiny adjustment...I cooked it in the slow cooker on Low for 1.5 hours instead of High for 45 mins to 1 hour because I had to run out and didn't want it to overcook. Turned out to be the perfect amount of time at that setting. This is a very simple, inexpensive, tasty recipe. It fits into even the tightest budgets. I was surprised at how well these seemingly odd ingredients mixed together for a mouthful of pleasure! I will be sharing this recipe with my sister and my neighbor.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe was incredibly simple to make and we all loved it. There was one dumpling and a tiny slice of chicken left. We have definitely found a new family recipe. Thanks!

Pico De Gallo

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
This recipe is simple and my whole family loves it but the proof is when your 18 month old twins cannot get enough of it! They just sat eating it by itself and with chips. I originally put it with burritos.
