Baked Tomatoes with Quinoa, Corn, and Green Chiles

I used frozen corn and broiled a little longer. Worked well. I took the pulp of the tomatoes and blended in a food processor and used that as the liquid--I used a little more than they called for since it is thicker. I also didn't mess around with the chiles and just diced them and broiled them as is. It was really good. The taste of this is worth 4 stars, but the effort makes it 3 stars. The taste is relatively ordinary for how much work this dish is.

Sooooo good! I used whipped cream cheese instead and just added a few spices (mostly garlic) and it worked perfectly! Definitely making this again.

Asparagus Ham Dinner- Taste of Home

Yum! I basically followed the directions exactly, but did add some plain cream cheese (whipped) at the end. Don't add too much or it overpowers the dish. I felt this just made for a little more of a hearty, thick sauce. So good. And pretty darn easy to make.

Pretty good. I could use a bit more sauce, so I might double everything but the chicken. Try pounding the chicken before grilling it or you'll be grilling forever.

Bread Pudding II

Pretty darn good. I used 1 cup half and half and 1 cup milk. Instead of all white sugar, I used 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white. It could probably stand to use a few more slices of bread.

Tomato and Asparagus Carbonara - Cooking Light

Holy cow! This is SOOOOO good! Following the directions almost exactly, the sauce comes out perfect and completely devine! My husband thought it was a 4 star recipe, but that's awesome because he's not a big fan of veggies. The only things I did differently was to use shaved parmesan cheese and to add the basil leaves to the tomato mixture to cook a bit. I feel they are too strong to add raw.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Make sure you cook the potatoes well enough. I had chunky potatoes and ended up just making mashed potatoes. If your potatoes are large, cook them for way longer than directed.

We found this to be a little bland, which surprised me. I found that all it really needed was some seasoning salt. Once you added that, this was a great recipe.

My husband really liked this. I made a few changes and would have to say this is one of the best shrimp recipes I've tried. And I am not a big fan of shrimp, so that is saying something.
