Very good, I needed a lot more crumbs and 2 more eggs though. I used Italian flavored crumbs and no flakes. Turned out great.

Blue Cheese Potatoes Delmonico

Reviewed: May 21, 2006
Well, how do I put this.....Strange to say the least. I did not have cream so I doubled the milk. Still it was not a creamy mixture at all. I ended up adding sald and the bleu cheese and mixed it all up before putting it in the dish to bake. Turned out very good, just not what I had expected. I will try this again, perhaps with less flour.

Chicken Provolone

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
This recipe with two changes is what I grew up with, we call it Grandma June's Chicken. We use swiss cheese instead, we also pour the stuffing over the chicken, soup mixture, then pour the butter over it. It does make a crispy topping, but it also soaks up some of the soup. I will have to try it now with provalone.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
This was a good start, I adjusted it just a bit. I added 2 beef bullion cubes, just because it needed more flavor. I also added a bit of flour to the onions just as they were done browning and deglazed with extra sherry. I threw in a bay leaf too. It was a great start to a great dinner!!! Thanks!!

These were excellent. I did need more butter, sugar mix to have enough for 12 muffins. I also used crushed pineapple and it worked just fine. I will make these again for sure, more than likely this afternoon!!! Thanks so much!!!

I just do not understand how someone who followed the directions to this recipe could say that it is dry!!!! It is excellent. Very moist, great taste and so simple to prepare. I have one more batch of bananas that are sitting on the counter, I can't wait until they are ready to go!!! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!!!!

Beer Battered Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2003
This recipe was pretty good. I did take others suggestions to add spices (garlic salt and italian seasoning) to the dredge flour. I also added some salt to the badder. I ended up adding the whole can of beer, but could have added a little less. The badder could have used more flavoring in it but once they were done, I salted the chicken and then it was fine. I also, try as I might to make this a little less bad for me by using half whole wheat flour for the badder and then all whole wheat flour for the dredge.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2003
This is excellent!!!! I changed it just a little bit, I cooked it in ceasar dressing, and instead of using boneless breasts, I cooked a split chicken. Once the chicken was done, I dumped the dressing and picked it off the bones. I used a while can of chicken broth instead of a cup. The seasonings make it perfect!!! I am serving it over egg noodles. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
