General Tsao's Chicken II

Simply the best! Tripled the recipe (except for the frying oil), and it turned out great. Used breast instead of thigh, and did not find chilis, so I used about 3 tsp of "sriracha hot chili sauce" [in asian section at market]. this provided a kick but did not make too spicy because kids were eating this. It was time consuming but well worth it!!!

Five Minute Ice Cream

Awesome and addictive. I used a blender and had to add the strawberries little by little. I too followed the suggestion to add some cream first before adding strawberries. After it was all blended, I placed in a big bowl and left it in the freezer until dinner time. Got rave reviews!!! :)
