Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
Extremely good! I used fresh basil as that's what I had and Marsala wine instead of white. Also increased the wine as per personal taste. Penne instead of linguini, also. Added red pepper and crimini mushrooms to increase veggies. Excellent taste and it was definitely restaurant quality. Thanks for sharing.

Easy Oven Brown Rice
Better than my electric rice cooker. Did a two to one ration of chicken broth to rice...perfect. Added chopped mushrooms, garlic and onion powder along with chopped parsley...perfect flavor. Timing is not an exact science. Check at 1 hour and maybe longer if needed. Freezes beautifully.

Saltine Toffee Cookies
I made the recipe as directed but did use more chocolate and nuts than what was recommended. Used a non-stick pan and hadn't any problem with sticking whatsoever as I didn't line the pan or spray it with anything. Turned out great, but if I did have one small issue, it was that some of the cracker/toffee separated from the chocolate when cutting. Not enough to cause a problem, but would have preferred it not. I did cool it entirely at room temp and did not put it in the refrigerator to cool. It was completely cooled when I cut the pieces. I loved it and my friends will be getting some to sample.
