Asian Orange Chicken
My husband doesn't care for Asian food at all so when I told him this was what's for dinner he quickly started looking for pizza take out menu's. Boy Oh Boy was he shocked when he tasted the final product. Told me it was the best thing I'd cooked in a long time! Best thing of all our 3 picky kids (12, 11, 9) ate it and loved it. Thanks for yet another great dinner idea!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad
LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I did change it abit our family doesn't like poppy seeds so i took those out of the dressing and just add some sunflower seeds to the salad. In the dressing I only used oil, apple cider vingar and white sugar and it turned out amazing!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Well I was nervous taken on this recipe however once I got going I realized this is a very forgiving recipe. I made my pretzel crust with brown sugar instead of white sugar and only baked it for about 8 mins. Which made it chewy instead of a cement brick. I also cut the sugar down that you fold into the cream cheese and whip cream. I took this to a potluck at chruch on Easter with hopes I'd get to take home some leftovers but there was none! I'm so impressed with this recipe and I will be making this again and again!
