Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
I had never had Yorkshire pudding before, my husband grew up having it with roast beef dinner and has been wanting it for years. I decided I needed to try and make it for him. This was the first time making something that I had never seen before let alone tasted. I followed this recipe completely. I even measured the 1/2 tsp of butter into each little muffin cup, then placed it in the oven and it only took 2 mins. Mixed up all the ingredients and carefully half filled each cup. Baked at 375 for 5 mins. Like it said and then finished at 350. You cannot go wrong with recipe do everything just like it says and watch the video, I did that also. My husband loved them, said they were great and when they came out of the oven he said " that is what they look like". I can see why one reviewer would say they are bland because that is the way they are. I used salted butter. This recipe is a keeper!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Made this just as written and it was perfect, I can see why others would say it might be dry. It was moist but not overly juicy. To reheat the leftovers I will need to add some broth. Next time I am going to make 1.5 amount of the sauce I don't think I would double it but will start with 1.5. My husband said 3 times how delicious this was. I did add 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning and anyone living in Nova Scotia I added 1 tsp Halifax spice.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe was very surprising! I was scepticle at first because of the melted butter, I have always heard butter should be soft but cool. They turned out wonderful, they were soft, big and not flat. I have never baked cookies at 325 degrees either, but it was fine. I started at 16 mins and ended up doing 19 mins. Ovens very so I watched them until the sides started to brown like another reviewer had mentioned. Will make again.
