Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
These came out perfectly! They were a huge it. The only thing I would do differently next time is leave more of the ribs in there so that there was a little more spice (I like things pretty spicy).

Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
This was GREAT! Such a simple, elegant dish and sooo easy! Even without marinating it....the pork comes out super moist...because of the amount of time it simmers. The sauce it makes is FANTASTIC...I followed some of the suggestions and reduced the amount of salt. I would also up the wine next time to a cup instead of the 1/2 cup. This is my husband's new favorite way to have pork...will absolutely use again...thank you!

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
These were fantastic! First time making cinnamon rolls but def not my last! Followed some of the feedback and cut the sugar in half and doubled the cinnamon. Also did my dough the night before and allowed it to rest in the pan. Just baked it off in the morning and they were absolutely FABULOUS!

Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
MAKE THIS TODAY! This recipe is so amazing. I took it to a party and it was a HUGE it. The way it comes out it seems like it would take forever to make...but it is one of the easiest desserts I've ever made...the only downside is that you can't make it on the fly since it needs to freeze over night. I took the advice from other reviews and toasted the coconut and nuts a little longer. I also did half caramel and half fudge. The frozen part of this dessert is so great...since it isn't actually ice cream it holds up really well to being cut and doesn't melt right away. Definitely really rich...plan on serving small portions. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2011
This is such a FABULOUS recipe. Such accessible ingredients...I had them all on hand already. The chicken comes out perfectly juicy and coated with the delicious, gooey sauce. The only thing I did differently was add a dash of crushed red pepper...I like a little kick. The only thing I will do differently next time is USE FOIL! The pans are a nightmare afterward!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
FABULOUS recipe with super accessible ingredients you most likely always have on-hand. The only change was that I doubled the blueberry count. The muffins were super light and fluffy and the streussel was just enough...it worked because the muffin itself wasn't too sweet.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2012
This was simple and delish! I followed the other review and instead of brushing the glaze on, I removed the baked cake, poured the glaze back in the pan and then let the cake soak in the glaze (after poking holes in the cake.) I took it to an irish food-themed party and it was given rave reviews! Will def make again...most and delicious and not too sweet or heavy. I like that it wasn't paired with chocolate like most other recipes with bailey's.

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
EXCELLENT....with a couple of minor tweeks. I followed the authors changes and added a cup of cream (I used half and half bc that's what was on hand) and the fresh basil at the end. I also used 5 cloves of garlic instead of the 3. The last change I made was that I added some of the cajun seasoning to the sauce as well as the shrimp to give it a little more kick. Everyone loved and raved...FABULOUS!
