Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes
EXCELLENT....with a couple of minor tweeks. I followed the authors changes and added a cup of cream (I used half and half bc that's what was on hand) and the fresh basil at the end. I also used 5 cloves of garlic instead of the 3. The last change I made was that I added some of the cajun seasoning to the sauce as well as the shrimp to give it a little more kick. Everyone loved and raved...FABULOUS!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
This was simple and delish! I followed the other review and instead of brushing the glaze on, I removed the baked cake, poured the glaze back in the pan and then let the cake soak in the glaze (after poking holes in the cake.) I took it to an irish food-themed party and it was given rave reviews! Will def make again...most and delicious and not too sweet or heavy. I like that it wasn't paired with chocolate like most other recipes with bailey's.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
FABULOUS recipe with super accessible ingredients you most likely always have on-hand. The only change was that I doubled the blueberry count. The muffins were super light and fluffy and the streussel was just worked because the muffin itself wasn't too sweet.
