Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were really delicious!! Ok, now it's time to break my own rule: don't review a recipe until you've followed it EXACTLY. I find it disprespectful when people are like, "I followed the recipe exactly EXCEPT.... and it turned out terrible!!!!!!!!!!" and stuff like that. But to my defense, the only reason I tweaked the recipe was that I didn't have all-purpose flour on hand and I was really craving cookies. What I did was I used 2 cups cake flour and 1 cup bread flour; the result was FANTASTIC. Also, I want to say, you MUST use the brown packed sugar. It gives the cookie a light chewy amazingness. You might want to refrigerate the batter too; I didn't but I know that it can make a cookie a whole lot yummier!!! **UPDATE** I made another batch of these cookies with refrigerated dough, and they ARE even better!! Also, I like my cookies crunchy and slightly overdone, so I left them in the oven for about 15 minutes. They were like....... MMMMM...........

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies
the taste is out of this world! especially if you use dark chocolate chips. Although the brownie part of the recipe was WAY more like a cake (soft, breadlike), and the cheesecake part is BARELY tasteable, and it's nothing like i was expecting, it's STILL good. really, really, REALLY good. EVEN though 1/2 of the brownie batter was NOT enough to cover the bottom of the pan, and i ended up using about 3/4 instead. EVEN though the cheesecake layer BARELY covered the brownie layer. EVEN though the last brownie layer ended up just covering the middle, and I had to spread it out EXTREMELY thin. EVEN though the marble part DIDNT really work out. THEYRE STILL GOOD. ACTUALLY, THEY'RE AMAZING. so yeah, I had some problems with the amount, but the taste makes up for it. totally.

Caramel Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Coins
have made this about 5 times in 2 weeks!! i cant get enough!!!!! watching the video really helped, because it gives you a visual aid of the "burnt" sugar
