This was the worst cake I ever made. maybe because I substituted soymilk (plus and acide) for the buttermilk, but whatever the case, it was a waste of eggs, flour, sugar etc. the batter looked beautiful but otherwise a real waste.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

OMG! These are the best, to-die-for, absolutely amazing brownies. I tweaked it a bit, threw in a few handfuls of mini, vegan chocolate chips and some salted roasted peanuts. I just might finish the entire pan myself!!!! Make these as soon as you can!

Mom's Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes

I made these yesterday and they were the WORST! Very runny consistency and they burned before they were ready to be flipped.. if that was possible. Do not make these!

Fresh Apple Walnut Cake

well, i really had high hopes for this recipes, but other than it being a REAL easy cake to make, i would not recommend it. It has an unappetizing texture, and it could have used far more apples and walnuts...probably more oil, as well. Better luck next time.

Challah I

REALLY GREAT!!! When i found that my local bakery was out of the round challot for Rosh Hashana, i made this recipe simply by searching for "honey challah" in a search engine. After years of fruitless attempts at making challah that were either too yeasty or just tasteless and hard, this is a REAL WINNER, and my kids think so too!!! Thanks a bunch! ...i just would have liked it to come out fluffier..
