Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
This reminded me of something I used to eat as a child. I will make it again. I found that it did need a bit longer than an hour to cook.

Pork Tenderloin with Stuffing

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
I was always nervous about stuffing a tenderloin, but this recipe showed me that it is fairly easy. The roast was juicy, flavorful and there were no leftovers. That's always a good sign.

Pineapple Biscuits

This was very easy and my husband and son ate more than I expected. There was almost a fight over the last one! I'll definately make these again.

Kielbasa with Honey Mustard

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2004
Best thing I've cooked in a long time. I'm always looking for new ways to use kielbasa and this is a keeper. Using honey mustard sauce with this creates a taste sensation.

Baked Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: May 30, 2004
I've already made this recipe three times. It turns out perfect everytime. I would suggest lining the pan though because this one is tough to clean up.

Italian Sausage and Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2003
This recipe didn't blow my socks off, but was tasty and easy. I used basil and garlic, otherwise I think this could've been really bland.

Chicken and Dumplings III

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2003
Yay, thank you for posting this recipe that is so simple even I can't mess it up. My husband is a big fan of his mother's version of this dish and I watched as he went back for seconds and thirds. He even gave me a compliment. I did add a little bit of sage and onion powder to this dish and it was perfect. Thanks again.

Glazed Pork Chop

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2003
The sauce was a little thin, but despite that it was delicious. I am always looking for different ways to cook pork chops and this was definately different. I will probably use this recipe again.

Lemon Pepper Chicken I

Reviewed: May 24, 2003
Be sure your chicken breasts are not too thick on this one or the inside won't get cooked and the outside will be crispy. I finished mine off in the microwave to get it done. It was okay, but not the best. I don't think I will butter fry chicken anymore.

Beefy Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2003
I liked the flavor of this, but my rice did not cook thoroughly. Next time I will cook the rice seperately or add more water than called for.

Sauceless Spaghetti

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2003
I liked this recipe. It was easy to make and called for ingredients I already had on hand. Though I didn't have much bell pepper, I added some asparagus and two dashes of crushed red pepper for some zing. I also didn't find it neccessary to bake as the cheese melted to a nice texture when added to the hot pasta.

Grandma Flo's Shipwreck

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2002
I used Ranch Style Beans with jalepenos instead of kidneys and used tomato sauce instead of soup. My husband liked it and I will make it again. My toddler wasn't interested but it didn't look very kid friendly, next time I will try it with cheese.
