Cheesiest Potato Soup

This potato soup is awesome. The only thing i did was double it and leave about 1/4 of the potatoes cubed. Oh yes and probably a little more cheese. It was awesome!

Pork Chops with Dill Pickle Marinade

I was looking for chicken marinades and saw this. I tried this with chicken breasts. It was so yummy. I will definitely try again and also try with pork chops. We always have pickle juice- Claussen. We love pickles!

French Onion Casserole

This was really good. I almost goofed up and put more liquid in because of all the reviews that siad it was dry- almost, but I decided to make it just like the recipe said the first time. THANK GOODNESS, i did. IT was NOT dry. It was PERFECT, moist. I pre-cooked and drained my ground beef. I used minute rice. I used the exact ingrdients in the recipe- it was moist AND tasty. I can not figure out how someone could have made this and thought it was dry and/or bland. It was popping with flavor. I think that the bowl you use is probably important. A 2 quart casserole dish is small, and that is what I used, a round, clear glass one. So that in the center of my casserole the mixture was about three inches high. That could be why mine was moist and delicious. If you use a bigger panm (ex.9 x 13) you would spread it out very thin and it would probably get dry...

Well, the taste was good. The whole pizza dough, rolling, ect- was a MESS. It was hard and the ingredients were moist so they began to seep through the dough. It was a BIG mess. If I try this again, I would use something like already made pitas or something similiar. The filling was good, the outer shell idea- BAD.

Mongolian Beef I

This was great! The sauce was tasty. I am not a fan of HOT and I have kids, so I made it without the red pepper. I used a small amount of black pepper instead. I served this over rice. It was a hit!

Mexican Lasagna

Wow- great recipe. This one beats all the other noodle varieties on this website. This is by far the best. I suggest using cooking spray and adding cheese to the meat layer under the 2nd layer of tortillas in addition to the cheese on top. I used a 2 cup bag of that Kraft Mexican shredded blend. Other than that I made it just as described. Great!
