Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)

I make this all the time in the slow cooker! The only thing I add is a healthy dose of curry powder and a couple tablespoons of garlic powder. Its supa cheap to make, easy, and good for you! It's good enough that I actually logged in and rated it lol...

Lentil Cakes (Patties)

BEST FRIGGIN VEGGIE BURGER RECIPE EVER! To be fair I also made a few tweaks. I never have what i need so I subbed plain oats for the cereal as suggested, skipped the walnuts, and i think I may have used food processed crackers instead of the bread crumbs. I also add a ton more spice but what I loved is that they were NOT DRY! For once i made a veggie burger that actually had a moist inside! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Jacob's Coat Casserole

I can't believe I'm writing this, but I actually threw this one out. HOWEVER...I think it had a lot to do with the fact that I tried to use ground turkey (just use the real stuff LOL). However, I could taste the "canned"-ness of the veggies. Would probably have been awesome with the beef and fresh veggies.
