Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2013
I'm so glad I came across this recipe. I love Indian food but I'm trying to cut down on eating out. This was better than what I get at restaurants. The only change I made was to go with half cream, half sour cream, plus I added a chopped jalapeno. Outstanding. Sublime.

Ma Po Tofu

I am so glad I came across this recipe. It is bursting with flavor and can be customized for virtually every palate. The next time I make this I will add more vegetables, such as mushrooms and green onion. Thanks for sharing!

Honey Mustard Dressing I

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
This is fabulous and I make it all the time. It's nice b/c you can be sloppy with the measurements; they don't need to be exact. This saves me a lot of money b/c I used to buy the high-end refrigerated dressing all the time. Haven't done so since I discovered this gem. Thank you!

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2012
This was positively delicious. I followed the recipe exactly but just added more tortellini just b/c I had extra and didn't want to freeze it. Turned out perfect!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2012
This is a savory, delicious yet simple chili recipe. My boyfriend is from Texas and takes his chili very seriously. He absolutely loved it. Since I went the stove top route, I used less tomato juice (about a quarter less). I will make this again and again.

Korean Marinade

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
I'm Korean -- born in Seoul and raised in CA by immigrant parents. I vividly recall the Sunday-after-church-Korean-BBQ-beef -- and this recipe is what I share with all my friends b/c we all love Korean BBQ, so I'm talking authentic. It's AGAIN, authentic, and amazingly simple and DEELISH. I add a little extra garlic, but for those who are not comfortable with the white sugar and flour, you can sub with brown sugar (you'll need a bit more) and use half the recommended flour. Believe me, I've looked at other recipes online and they can't touch this.
