Easy Raspberry Lemonade

Smoked Turkey

I really liked this recipe! But I had a problem with my smoker, which wasn't getting hot enough, so six hours into the smoking, I transferred the turkey to the oven and finished cooking it at 400 degrees for 1 hour. It was very good, but I recommend adding turkey gravy for flavor.

Swanson® Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

I loooove this potatoes! They're absolutely heavenly! The only thing was that I found 'light cream' hard to find, so I ended up using whipping cream. Delicious! I also recommend adding a dash of garlic powder, and a tablespoon salt.

Easy Lemonade

This is the perfect lemonade! It wasn't too sweet, which I liked, but it wasn't too tart. I only made about two servings, so I didn't measure out the ingredients. I used the juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons and roughly 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water. Delicious!

Chocolate Mint Milkshake

This was an amazing milkshake! It is absolutely perfect! One thing that might bother you, however, is the amount of peppermint extract. You have to watch how much you put in, otherwise it will get too peppermint-y.

Spring Salad

I LOVE this dish! I made it for my family and the bowl was wiped clean! The only thing I would change is that it makes a lot of food; I had a lot of leftovers. And I also used red wine vinegar intead of white wine vinegar. I'll definitely be making this again!!

Avocado Smoothie

This shake is incredible! I made it the way the recipe was stated, and it needed a little something to boost the flavor. I recommend adding about five tablespoons of honey instead of three. Other than that, terrific!

Gingered Pears

This is an AMAZING recipe! I did make a few minor changes: I didn't peel the pears because I didn't have a peeler, and then I took advice from other reviewers and added some slices of fresh ginger in the second half of cooking. It was sooo good! I did find that it took less than 25 minutes to cook, more like 10. Other than that, verrrry good!

Wildfire Pulled Pork Sandwiches

This is the best pulled pork recipe I have ever had! The only changes I made were using chicken broth instead of water and using KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce instead of the Wildfire sauce. AMAZING!!!

Gnocchi Bake

This recipe is absolutely delicious! This was my first time cooking gnocchi, and thought this looked good. Was it ever! I tasted the gnocchi after cooking it, and was surprised at how bland it was. I was hoping it wouldn't be so bland after I mixed it with the sauce and cheese and sausage. It turned out brilliantly! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This was pretty good, but I can't give it 5 stars because there was hardly any sauce. The sauce that was put on there drained right to the bottom and left the broccoli damp and tasteless with the cashews. I recommend adding more sauce.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

From reading other reviews, I thought I would also find it too salty, so I used 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce and 1/4 cup water. Actually, the end result ended up not salty enough, so I recommend using 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce.

Quinoa Side Dish

This was my first time making quinoa, and I must say, it is very good. But I didn't follow the recipe exactly: I sauteed the garlic and onion and then toasted the quinoa. I found the end result a bit bland, so I recommend adding triple the salt, double the lemon juice, and triple the thyme.

Strawberry Tarts

Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes are really tasty because they are so dense and, well, fluffy! I didn't have any white vinegar so I used rice vinegar, and I didn't have plain white sugar so I used Sugar in the Raw instead. They tasted great! Just remember to put the pan on MEDIUM heat like it says in the recipe! I accidentally made the pan too hot and ended up burning four of my pancakes. I had only made three before hand, which were fine, so I ended up with three normal size pancakes and five little bite-size cakes because I ran out of batter. But they were still a great breakfast!

Cucumber Salad I

This was pretty good. I made a few alterations by adding halved cherry tomatoes and freshly chopped mint. I also used red wine vinegar because that's what I had on hand. It was delicious and very refreshing.....will be making this again.
