Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
This was a really good dish. I made it for my grandmother and she LOVED it! The only thing I recommend is serving it with the pan drippings.

Strawberry Tarts

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2011
I loved this recipe! However, I found it difficult to find prepared tart shells, so I had to bake my own. The glaze was incredible and the strawberries were the perfect compliment!

Chicago-Style Hot Dog

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
I LOVE this recipe! I made it for my dad and my uncle and it was a huge hit! I didn't use sport peppers though, I used pepperoncinis, but other than that, very successful!

Nacho Cheese Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
This was a great recipe. I used white american cheese rather than yellow american and it was soooo good! The only problem was that it dried out too fast and got chunky.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2011
I made this for my family and it was only okay. I thought that it had too much of a vinegar taste that overpowered the tomatoes, so I would use about 1/3 cup instead of 1/2 cup.

All-Bran Blueberry Peach Crumble

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2011
This was only okay. I would like the blueberries to stick to the peaches, and be a little less runny. But other than that, pretty good.

Spring Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
I LOVE this dish! I made it for my family and the bowl was wiped clean! The only thing I would change is that it makes a lot of food; I had a lot of leftovers. And I also used red wine vinegar intead of white wine vinegar. I'll definitely be making this again!!

Grilled Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
This was pretty good. The only thing I changed was instead od grilling it, I baked it at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. It was tasty!

Avocado Smoothie

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2011
This shake is incredible! I made it the way the recipe was stated, and it needed a little something to boost the flavor. I recommend adding about five tablespoons of honey instead of three. Other than that, terrific!

Pork Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2011
I didn't like this recipe. I didn't have pork, so I used beef, and I added onion powder and garlic powder. They turned out mushy, and I believe it was from the bread. So I recommend omitting the bread.

Quinoa Side Dish

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
This was my first time making quinoa, and I must say, it is very good. But I didn't follow the recipe exactly: I sauteed the garlic and onion and then toasted the quinoa. I found the end result a bit bland, so I recommend adding triple the salt, double the lemon juice, and triple the thyme.

Smoked Turkey

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
I really liked this recipe! But I had a problem with my smoker, which wasn't getting hot enough, so six hours into the smoking, I transferred the turkey to the oven and finished cooking it at 400 degrees for 1 hour. It was very good, but I recommend adding turkey gravy for flavor.

Swanson® Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
I loooove this potatoes! They're absolutely heavenly! The only thing was that I found 'light cream' hard to find, so I ended up using whipping cream. Delicious! I also recommend adding a dash of garlic powder, and a tablespoon salt.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
From reading other reviews, I thought I would also find it too salty, so I used 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce and 1/4 cup water. Actually, the end result ended up not salty enough, so I recommend using 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: May 7, 2011
These took 20 minutes to bake up in the oven. And then, they still weren't moist and chewy like cookies are supposed to be! And I had leftover batter that was dry and didn't form into balls. I do not recommend this recipe.

Gnocchi Bake

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This recipe is absolutely delicious! This was my first time cooking gnocchi, and thought this looked good. Was it ever! I tasted the gnocchi after cooking it, and was surprised at how bland it was. I was hoping it wouldn't be so bland after I mixed it with the sauce and cheese and sausage. It turned out brilliantly! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This was pretty good, but I can't give it 5 stars because there was hardly any sauce. The sauce that was put on there drained right to the bottom and left the broccoli damp and tasteless with the cashews. I recommend adding more sauce.

Balsamic Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
This was a great recipe! I didn't have any blue cheese, so I didn't use it. I thought the end result was a bit mild, so I added some lemon juice, and it was GREAT! I wish I had had that cheese, though. I think it would've given it a much richer flavor.

Harvest Yams

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
Even though these were good, they took WAY longer than 25 minutes to cook. They took more like 45 minutes to cook. I suggest cooking them longer than what the recipe states. And I did not have nutmeg, so I used ginger. They were pretty good.
