Fluffy Pancakes
These pancakes are really tasty because they are so dense and, well, fluffy! I didn't have any white vinegar so I used rice vinegar, and I didn't have plain white sugar so I used Sugar in the Raw instead. They tasted great! Just remember to put the pan on MEDIUM heat like it says in the recipe! I accidentally made the pan too hot and ended up burning four of my pancakes. I had only made three before hand, which were fine, so I ended up with three normal size pancakes and five little bite-size cakes because I ran out of batter. But they were still a great breakfast!
