Mayonnaise Biscuits

LOVE the simplicity. Quick biscuit fix that doesn't taste bad. I recommend Kraft over Duke (Mayonnaise). Easily varied with cinnamon, raisins, cranberries, etc. Thanks for sharing!

Spicy Deviled Eggs

Omitted Worcestershire sauce and olives. Replaced hot pepper sauce with a 1-2 scotch bonnet peppers. Replaced Dijon mustard with ground mustard. Added a little dill seed (grounded before use) and cayenne pepper. Thanks for sharing! Your recipe led me to a recipe well suited for me.

The Best Spaghetti Casserole

Awarded for 4 stars for inspiring my traditional spaghetti dish into a casserole of yum and then some! I omitted sour cream. Added more seasonings and produce to impart more flavor. My additions included: crushed garlic, scallions, sliced green and red peepers, a single stabbed scotch bonnet pepper (in homemade spaghetti sauce), oregano, basil, etc. I am big on flavor! Thanks for sharing.

Banana Banana Bread

Love, love, love this recipe. I made this per the instructions and it was delicious! My husband made me bake four loafs once (get the picture) this recipe is buildable for several variations (when lazy I throw all the ingredients in a blender, mix and the banana bread is still amazing. Tip: This recipe calls for 6 or 7 bananas! My different variations of this recipe include cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut flakes, blended apple wedges, peaches, chopped nuts and even cherries. Thanks for sharing!

Spiced Applesauce Bread

It's ok. (Moist and edible) Didn't love it. I will say that I followed instructions (as I like to do before I make variations) but this spiced applesauce bread is not a "hit" for me. Not bad, but not great either. Can be tweaked, I think. Thanks for sharing. I did post a photo.

Fluffy Pancakes

Nice fluffy and flexible recipe! I have made these pancakes as directed and modified with success. It's a keeper for me with additional ingredients (example: cinnamon, vanilla, blended apple wedges, bananas, strawberries etc) to impart flavor (my preference). Tip: I only get 6 - 7 medium size pancakes, so double up if you need more. Thanks for sharing!
