Mayonnaise Biscuits

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2013
LOVE the simplicity. Quick biscuit fix that doesn't taste bad. I recommend Kraft over Duke (Mayonnaise). Easily varied with cinnamon, raisins, cranberries, etc. Thanks for sharing!

Omitted Worcestershire sauce and olives. Replaced hot pepper sauce with a 1-2 scotch bonnet peppers. Replaced Dijon mustard with ground mustard. Added a little dill seed (grounded before use) and cayenne pepper. Thanks for sharing! Your recipe led me to a recipe well suited for me.

The Best Spaghetti Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2013
Awarded for 4 stars for inspiring my traditional spaghetti dish into a casserole of yum and then some! I omitted sour cream. Added more seasonings and produce to impart more flavor. My additions included: crushed garlic, scallions, sliced green and red peepers, a single stabbed scotch bonnet pepper (in homemade spaghetti sauce), oregano, basil, etc. I am big on flavor! Thanks for sharing.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2013
Love, love, love this recipe. I made this per the instructions and it was delicious! My husband made me bake four loafs once (get the picture) this recipe is buildable for several variations (when lazy I throw all the ingredients in a blender, mix and the banana bread is still amazing. Tip: This recipe calls for 6 or 7 bananas! My different variations of this recipe include cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut flakes, blended apple wedges, peaches, chopped nuts and even cherries. Thanks for sharing!

Spiced Applesauce Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2013
It's ok. (Moist and edible) Didn't love it. I will say that I followed instructions (as I like to do before I make variations) but this spiced applesauce bread is not a "hit" for me. Not bad, but not great either. Can be tweaked, I think. Thanks for sharing. I did post a photo.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2013
Nice fluffy and flexible recipe! I have made these pancakes as directed and modified with success. It's a keeper for me with additional ingredients (example: cinnamon, vanilla, blended apple wedges, bananas, strawberries etc) to impart flavor (my preference). Tip: I only get 6 - 7 medium size pancakes, so double up if you need more. Thanks for sharing!
